Hello,

The Hyundai I30 has a Bosch EDC16 ECU, can be tuned trough OBD, but a remote switch is not possible.
For your Hyundai I need the exact date of tuning and which tuner it has tuned. (I think it was Upsolute Finland)

We didn't made bigger injector file for the Hyundai, so it would be the first one and maybe we have to test 2 or 3 verisons.

New chip was installed 5.2.2009 by vieskan autosähkö at 13:14 finnish time. Upsolute finland (wd racing) send it to vieskan autosähkö little before that. I have the tuned bin file in my computer so I can send it if needed to modify.

I heard that original injectors of my tiburon are 230cc so it should be just enought for 240hp. I think it will be enought for the cams so I tell you when the cams are in their place so we can finish my project :)

Hi!

I send you some email because of the rpm limiter issue.

At chiptuning I asked you to lift limiter up to 7300rpm from original 6800rpm but it didn`t happen. Was there a problem with it ?

Is there any way to correct the problem?

sorry still not succeed finding the rpm limiter. The rpm limiter is just a little point in the whole map and very difficult to find. Maybe it will be necessary to test 2 or 3 versions.

there`s the map picture for raised rev limiter.

This will really help you for future when you are chipping hyundai v6 engines. The highest performance of these hyundai v6 engines are right at 6800-7000rpm so if the limiter goes up, the power will come smoothly to the top end rpm and best power is then 4000-7100rpm. Your software works great and if you succeed to make the limiter lift, you have simply the best choice for hyundai v6 chiptuning and best dyno results we have tested.

I will post the new dynosheets of course in that case.

Special Thanks for the greatest tune for Hyundai V6 ever made.

This will be much fun now. I can give you dynoresults next week but I can feel allready much better torque than before. Car works perfect.

Please give this version to everybody that need Hyundai V6 chiptuning. They wont be ever disappointed ;)

Upsolutely the max power for this setup. Wideband looks wonderfull. No going lean.
